60g cane sugar
60g white sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
80g milk chocolate
80g dark chocolate
1 vanilla pod
Mix the butter with the whole sugar.
Mix the egg with the pulp of the vanilla pod and add to the butter-sugar mixture.
Mix the baking powder with the flour, add the chocolate and mix with the other ingredients to a soft dough.
Leave the dough in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Lining baking tray with baking paper.
Form the dough into balls with a diameter of approx. 3 cm and spread them on the baking tray at a large distance.
Bake the dough balls for 10 to 15 minutes to cookies.
